His professional activity started as expert on telecommunication at the Police State Office in activities related to mobile radio communications. He also participated as a member of the Spanish delegation in the Police Cooperation Group of the European Council and other international forums for six years.

Then he was head of the Computing Area in the Ministry of the Interior and was responsible for telecommunication projects of the Security Corps and Forces for eleven years.

Since May 2011 until he retired, he directed SIRDEE Programme in the Security Secretary’s Office.
