He took a degree in Law at Santiago University and works as Court solicitor. He has been devoting himself to poetry for over twenty years.

National Criticism Prize in Galician Language, 2003 for his poetry book Casa última.He made the programme 'Entre libros' in the radio station 'Cadena SER' for several years.He appeared several times on TV and wrote several articles about Literary Criticism and Art.Hobbies: football, music and travelling.
