Curriculum

He took a degree in Economical Sciences at Bilbao University and is a Professor at the Department of Business Organisation in the Faculty of Economical and Business Sciences at Santiago de Compostela University. From 1973 to 1992, he was the leader of the Communist Movement in Galicia, until its reconversion in the organisation 'INZAR'. He has been a member of the Galician Parliament since October 1993 within the political party 'BNG'. He is also spokesman of the 'BNG' in the Economy Commission and member of the 'BNG' National Council.
