He collaborated in the foundation of the magazine 'El Adelanto' and founded the newspaper Noticiero Gallego and the illustrated magazine 'Galicia Cómica'. He was the editor of the newspaper La Voz de Helenes and collaborated in El Diario de Pontevedra. Besides, he worked as a correspondent of the newspapers El Imparcial (Madrid) and La Vanguardia (Barcelona).
