He began to study theatre in Argentina in 1976. Two years later, he attended a course on theatre training and body language (Buenos Aires) and graduated in Theatre Direction at the National University of Buenos Aires in 1981. One year later, he also attended a seminar on group dynamics and a course on theatre direction in 1984. He also attended several courses and workshops organised by the Galician Institute of Scenic and Musical Arts and the University of Santiago de Compostela. Since 1985, he has been organising many workshops and theatre halls at schools, Secondary Schools and A Coruña University. From 1997 to 2000, he was theatre director of the Pedagogical Department of Eugenio Granell Foundation (Santiago). In 2002, he worked as a teacher at the Galician Association of Actors, Directors and Stage Technicians. Two years later, he organised a ‘Workshop’ on improvisation and movement in ‘Children’s games according to Bruegel’, Szkola TAK, Opole - Polland.

THEATRE:
1979: He carried out a teaching and advisory activity in several contemporary dance performances, Buenos Aires (Argentina).
1985: He directed ‘A cantante calva’ in ‘Xalgarete’ (As Pontes).
1987: He participated as an actor in the repertoire of ‘zarzuelas’ in the Spanish Lyric Company (Madrid).
1989: Actor in ‘Eche 20 centavos en la ranura’ (Ferrol).
1993: He directed ‘O xardín dos contos’ at ‘Teatro Galileo’ (Santiago).
1994: He directed and participated as an actor in ‘Mumbo Jumbo’ (a performance for the photographic exhibition of Alfredo Iglesias, Café Bolengo, Santiago).
1996: He participated as an actor in ‘Nenerías’ (‘Teatro Galileo’, Santiago) and ‘Un café con leite e unha ensaimada’ (‘Matarile Teatro’, Santiago).

1997-2000: He participated as an actor and directed the plays of ‘Teatro Minerva’, all of them created for Eugenio Granell Foundation (Santiago de Compostela): ‘A Cámara Negra’, ‘Granell feiticeiro’, ‘Frank K’, ‘Entreacto’, ‘Alicia no país de Carballido’, ‘A estela do delirio’ and ‘Todo sen a pasta’.
1998: He directed ‘Intermezzo’ (Trebbo Theatre, Milan, Italy), participated as an actor in ‘Ultranoite Brecht’ (‘Sala Nasa’, Santiago) and ‘Leality Show’ (Ultramarinos Pub, Santiago) and assistant director in the performance ’Valle Inclán 98’ (Galician Dramatic Centre, Santiago).
1999: He participated as an actor in ‘Ametamenidioz’ by Jesús Carballido (‘Teatro Galán’, Santiago) and ‘Ultimamente non durmo nada’ (‘Teatro da Lúa’, Santiago).

In 2002, he was a member of the panel at the ‘Romaría Vikinga’ Theatre Prize, organised by the City Council of Catoira and the University of Santiago de Compostela. He participated in many conferences with reports, publications and lectures all around Galicia and Asturias.
