Curriculum

He moved to Galicia soon and it was in A Coruña that he got in touch with great Galician artists and the beautiful Galician landscape he has been always reflecting in his canvas and papers since 1974.

That same year he started his career as a professional and carried out many individual and collective exhibitions all around the world.

He exhibited his works in A Coruña on several occasions and was awarded the first prize at Unión Fenosa Plastic Arts Contest.

He exhibited his paintings in several galleries and institutions in Spain and abroad —Caixa Galicia, Caja Postal, City Council of A Coruña, Archivo del Antiguo Reino de Galicia, Arte Imagen, Sargadelos Gallery, Agripa, Rosalía de Castro, Burela, Niké, Art-Box, Pedret, Adega, Arte Toranto and Euroamérica Galeries.

He collaborates with humanitarian institutions such as Manos Unidas, Hogueras de San Juan and Fundación Adcor.

He exhibited paintings in Paris and Beziers (France), Los Ángeles, New York and Miami (USA), Ghent (Belgium) and Battalha (Portugal).

He participates in the most important art fairs in Spain: Artexpo, in Barcelona (on two ocassions); Árcale, in Salamanca, Arte Sevilla...

He participates in art contests and international biennial exhibitions: Beziers, Balconadas, Euroart, etc.

Nowadays he goes on developing his artistic activity in Xares, a small mountainous town in Ourense, where lives and has his studio.

Some of his works can be found in the Xunta de Galicia, Caja Postal, Caixa Galicia, the City Councils of Sarria, Betanzos, Oleiros, Sociedad Unión, MZOV, Unión Fenosa and in several public and private art galleries.
