- Founder member of the U.M.D. (Democratic Military Union).
- Degree in Units of High Mountain, in Parachuting, Tanks and Cars.
- Master of Economic Sciences (University of Alcalá de Henares).
- Degree exam and courses in the University of Santiago.
- Graduate in Psychology (University of Alcalá de Henares).
- He was assistant professor in the Faculty of Business Administration and Management (Lugo) and in the three-year degree in Business Management (Lugo).
- He collaborated as a teacher in many courses for businessman.

- Author of several articles about economic matters.
- He is the author of "La pobreza en el cuarto mundo", published in ‘Contribuciones a la economía’ (EUMED – University of Malaga).
