She is a biologist and environment monitor, specialised in the introduction of the rule ISO 14001 for the environmental management in business. She took a doctor's degree in Waste Products Engineering. Nowadays, she combines Teaching at 'Sagrada Familia' School in Vilagarcía de Arousa (Pontevedra) with her audio-visual activity as scriptwriter and producer in a video company that realises ecological themes to be published in a didactic sense.
The poetry book Nai e mais ninguén, which was written in three years, is dedicated to her daughter Rosa Catarina.
She got 'Medio Ambiente de Galicia' Narrative Prize in 1999 and several poetry prizes in the last five years in Marín, Vilalba, Mos, Begonte and Viveiro. She was also awarded the prize of the tenth edition of 'Rosalía de Castro' Poetry Contest by 'Casa de Galicia' in Cordova for her book Nai e mais ninguén (Galician language).In 2002, she was awarded 'Avelina Valladares' Poetry Prize, organised by the City Council of A Estrada (Pontevedra).
