He began his studies at St Roque Seminary in 1952 and Cardinal Fernando Quiroga Palacios ordained him as a priest on 22nd July 1965. He was prefect of discipline in 1965, 1966 and 1967 and administration of the Seminary in 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973. On 26th September 1973 he was nominated as priest of Sar up to date. In 1967 he began to teach Religion at the School of Industrial Design until he retired on 31st August 2005.
Restoration of the Collegiate Church of Sar: restoration of the roof (1996) and inner lighting and new windbreak (2005).
Construction of a public school.
Creation of ‘Colegiata de Sar’ Folk Group in 1979.
Creation of ‘Colegiata de Sar’ Polyphonic Choral Society in 1978.
Creation of a Craftwork Group (dressmaking, cooking and painting) in 1976. There is still today a group of people that play the accordion and tambourine.
Catechesis promotion.
Creation of ‘Colegiata de Sar’ Youth Association.

Lighting in several areas of Sar.
Creation of Cáritas and aid to the ill people.
