Curriculum

He graduated as a master builder in Seville.
He is the secretary of the Association of Master Builders of Lugo.
He has been a town councillor of the PP in Lugo since 1999.
Deputy in the Galician Parliament since July 2005.
In December 2004, he became vice secretary of the provincial executive committee.
He is the coordinator of the committee for local policy.
