-Professor of Psychopathology at Complutense University (1980-99).
-Emeritus Professor at the King’s College of London (1999-2000).
-Chairman Ivory Press Limited (since 2001 up to date).
-Chairman International Council. Tate Modern, London (2004).
During her academical activity, she did research works on schizophrenia from 1984 to 1986 at Los Angeles University, California and the University of Chicago. From 1992 to 1993, she was a ‘visiting scholar’ at Cambridge University, centred on the study on Alzheimer.

 Work & Activities

She worked in the media (TV, radio and others) from 1990 to 1994 and collaborated every day with the newspaper El País (1990-99) and on several occasions with El Mundo. Nowadays, she collaborates with publications related to contemporary art and is a member of several international committees such as the Art&Auction and the Latin American Committee Tate.
