He has carried out the following individual exhibitions: "Foto-Cine Riano" (Lugo, 1976), "Sala Ton Sirena" (Lérida, 1976); "Agrupación Fotografía de San Juan Bautista" (San Adrián de Besos, Barcelona, 1977); "Foto-Cine Riano" (Lugo, 1983); "Diputación Provincial de Lugo" (Lugo, 1988) and "Sala de Exposiciones de Monforte de Lemos" (Lugo, 1988). He has carried out the following collective exhibitions: "Arte Fotográfico" (Madrid, 1978); "1ª Fotobienal" (Vigo, 1978); "1ª Bienal Lucense de Fotografía" (Lugo, 1985); "I Encuentro de la Fotografía" (Ceuta, 1987); "2ª Mostra de Fotografía", (Biblioteca Provincial de Lugo, 1989); "40 años Fotografía en Lugo" (Lugo, 1998) and "Memoria Visual de Lugo. 168 años de Fotografía" (Lugo, 2001). He has published the following books: Portafolio en Arte Fotográfico (1978); 1ª Fotobienal (Vigo) (1984); 1ª Bienal Lucense de Fotografía, (1985); I Encuentro de la Fotografía en Ceuta (1987); 2ª Mostra de Fotografía de Lugo (1989) and Cuatro direcciones. He was awarded the following prizes: 'Agrupación Fotográfica' First Prize, Cádiz, 1968; sixth edition of 'Negtor Internacional' Prize (1968), 'IX Salón nacional de Fotografía' First Prize, Cádiz (1969); honourable prize of 'Medalla Gaudí', Reus (1969); 'Trofeo Piel' First Prize, Igualada (1970); First International Prize, Buenos Aires (1970); 'Banco Hispano Americano' First Prize (1971); 'Trofeo Galicia' First Prize, Ribadavia (1972); 'Folla de Carballo' First Prize, Lugo (1974); 'Diafragma 74' First Prize, Lugo (1975), etc. There are references to his works in Spanish magazines about Photography and there is also a reference to his name in the book Historia de la fotografía by the French writer Marie-Lou Sougez. Twenty-two of his photographies are included in a video-record, published by the project '4 Direcciones' in collaboration with the Documentation Centre of 'Reina Sofía' Art Centre. Nowadays, he is preparing an exhibition of his work, invited by Santiago de Compostela University.
