Xerais (1992), ‘Miss Ourense’ (stories), Galaxia (1994), ‘Bajo las más bellas estrellas’ (novel), which was awarded ‘Ciudad de Salamanca’ Novel Prize, ‘O mellor francés de Barcelona’ (stories), Galaxia (1999), with which he was awarded Galician Critic Prize, ‘A vida apoteósica’ (novel), Xerais (2000), ‘A noite das cabras do aire’, Xerais, Merlín Prize (1999), ‘A historia escríbese de noite’ (novel), Galaxia (2000), which was awarded Manuel García Barros Novel Prize, ‘Amor e música lixeira’ (stories), Galaxia (2004) and ‘Barcos a pique’ (journalistic prose), University of Santiago, Blanco Torres Journalism Prize (2005).
Together with Manuel Vázquez, he translated ‘Biblioteca Sherlock Holmes’, Galaxia (1995-97; nine volumes).
He also published ‘Antoloxía do canto galego de medo’ (Galaxia), ‘Berra liberdade’ (Galaxia, 1995), ‘Catro ensayos sobre o nacionalismo de esquerda’ (Sotelo Blanco, 1990) and ‘Materia prima’ (Xerais).
Nowadays, he teaches Galician language and literature at a Secondary School in Santiago and writes articles for ‘Tempos Novos’. He also wrote for A Nosa Terra and La Voz de Galicia.
