PRIZES FOR RESTORATION WORKS:

-February 2007 - December 2007: 1st prize for the restoration of Felguera Market in Langreo (Asturias).
-October 2006 - July 2010: 1st prize for the restoration of the old ‘Hotel Comercio’ to be used as flats for young people (Monforte – Lugo). Xunta de Galicia.
-November 2001: Finalist of the contest to design the central offices of the Association of Architects of Leon.

SELECTION OF RESTORATION PROJECTS:

-March 2010 - November 2010: Restoration of the old ‘Joyería Malde’ in Santiago for the central offices of Araguaney Foundation.
-January 2010 - May 2011: Restoration of the Music School of Sarria (Lugo).
-June 2007 - March 2010: Restoration of a building for pilgrim’s lodging in Palas de Rei (Lugo). S.A. Xestión do Xacobeo - Xunta de Galicia.

PRIZES OF NEW WORK IDEAS CONTESTS

-September 2011 (finalist). Caldoval Centre, Mugardos (A Coruña).
-December 2009 (3rd prize). Mandeo Ethnographic Centre, Curtis (A Coruña).
-July 2008: 2nd prize in the Contest of Ideas to design the Cultural Centre of Lérez (Pontevedra).
-March 2007: 1st accesit for the courts building in O Barco de Valdeorras (Ourense). Xunta de Galicia.
-December 2005: (accesit). Centre for Maritime Education in Burela (Lugo).
-October 2002: Mention for the proposals of the houses in Huercal – Overa at the Nacional Contest for Young Architects in Andalucia.

PRIZES OF PROJECTS CONTESTS:

-September 2012 (1st prize). HOTELERA TERMAL School in Verín (Ourense) within the Euroregión Termal-Agua Project. Operative programme of cooperation between Spain and Portugal 2007-2013 (poctep), FEDER funds of the European Union.
-October 2008: 1st prize for the Centro Tecnológico Lácteo de Galicia building, USC - Xunta de Galicia.
-March 2008: 1st prize for the old people’s home in Arriendas (Asturias).

-January 2008 - August 2012: Residencial home for mental sick people in A Mariña (Cervo - Lugo).
-April 2008 - May 2010: Centre for visitors reception and Ribeira Sacra Ethnographic Museum, Sober (Lugo).
-September 2007 - March 2008: Project for the urbanization and pedestrianization of Rua Maior in Sarria (Lugo). Xunta de Galicia.

-September 2001 – December 2004: Basic and execution project for eight semi-detached houses and social centre in Sober (Lugo).

WORKS RELATED TO HERITAGE AND TOWN PLANNING

-January 2012: He wrote the programma for the definition of the integral rehabilitation area (ARI) in Sober. It was a work about the present situation, about town analysis and economical analysis of the intervention for the future management of the Rehabilitation Office. -September 2007 - June 2008: Protection and ordination works for the Plan for the rehabilitation of Riomao areas, A Veiga (Ourense). -2005. Study on the preservation balance of real state subjected to a plan of special protection, restoration and alterations in the walled enclosure of Lugo and its area of influence. Works on detailed account, protection and town planning for the Restoration Plan of Riomao, A Veiga (Ourense). -January - March 2004: Programme for the definition of the Restoration Area in Sarria: detailed account, analysis of the present situation and urban and economical analysis for the future management of the restoration office.
