RESEARCH WORK: He defended twenty doctoral theses in several universities. He directed a research group at Vigo University. In 1978, he took a doctor's degree in Philosophy at Complutense University (Madrid). From 1990 to 1994, he filled the office of dean in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Vigo University. He directed the Sculpture department in the Faculty of Fine Arts.
