He took a degree in Law at Santiago University. He works in an autonomous institution within the Ministry of Labour and Social Matters. He devoted himself to business training as deputy head in a Centre of Business Management. He also worked at Complutense University (Madrid). During emigration, he developed many activities related to Galicia. He promoted the association 'Enxebre Orden de la Vieira', which was created in 1967 and nowadays has over a thousand members all over 21 countries. He was one of the founders of IURISGAMA (Jurist association) in Madrid. Today, he is a member of the board of directors, which consists of about 200 members. He usually collaborates with most Galician communities in Madrid. Nowadays there are fifteen associations.

 Work & Activities

Together with other authors, he wrote over 30 books that were published by the association 'Orden da Vieira', with free distribution. These are some of the most important ones: A galeguidade no Mundo (second edition), Galicia y la Comunicación, Galicia y la Universidad, etc.

 Other Interesting Aspects

He sporadically collaborates in several means about themes related to Galicia. He got several distinctions in Galician centres and communities such as the one given by El Correo Gallego ('Gallegos del año 1995') or the medal of the Xunta de Galicia in 2000. He is married and has two children. He has been living in Madrid since 1965.
