Curriculum He works as a teacher and devotes himself to Galician music, picking up popular songs in the surroundings of his province. He is a member of the group 'A Quenlla' and was a member of 'Fuxan os Ventos'.
Work & Activities He collects information about the traditional culture and together with Mini, he wrote the books Contos de vellos para nenos (stories), Somos lenda viva (legends), Nadal en Galego (music about Christmas) and Coplas, cantos e Romances de cego (ballads), collected in several volumes. He also writes poems.

In 2009 he was awarded the "Pedrón de Ouro" for his work in favour of Galician music and culture.
In 2011 he was awarded Facer País Prize (Láncara).
