After studying Theatre Pedagogy at A Coruña University, he attended a course on performance in ‘Teatro del Andamio’ with Álvaro Guevara and Tatiana Lickacheva (2003-04) and a course on corporal expression and voice with Mª del Mar Navarro and Andrés Hernández.
He started his activity with ‘Rúa Viva’ theatre group, directed by Manolo Vidal Vázquez in 1981. He founded and directed ‘Kéltike-teatro’ (1983 - 1987) in Amoeiro (Ourense) when he was eighteen and produced Cousas das oficinas, O carballo e o piñeiro, O burro que quixo ser cabalo, Cantigas dun cego, Crónicas afusquinadas and Espada ó prato. ‘Kéltike-teatro’ signed performing contracts with Caixa Ourense, Caixa Galicia, County Council of Ourense, Xunta de Galicia and takes part at the Theatre Festival in Albox (Almería). In 1991, he created ‘Sal-Monela Teatro’ in A Coruña and participated in the production of Una noche de primavera sin sueño (1992), La zapatera prodigiosa (1993), Mussicalísimo (1994), Maribel y la extraña familia (1995), El tintero (1998) and La importancia de llamarse Ernesto (2000). He also collaborated in the following TV serials: ‘Mareas Vivas’ (1998/1999), ‘Nada es para siempre’ (1999), ‘Rías baixas’ (2003/2004), ‘Autopsia’ (2002), ‘Secuestrados en Georgia’ (2002) and ‘Libro de familia’ (2004/2005), in the films Sei quen es (1999) and O lapis do carpinteiro (2001) and the shorts Curling (2003), Mal de altura (2001), Puzzle (2000) and Idea original (2000).
He makes some advertising works for ‘Aldea’, ‘Euro-públic’, ‘Adivina Producciones’, ‘Lúa Films’ and ‘Grupo Voz de Galicia’.
