He studied Technical Architecture and Industrial Design at the University of A Coruña.

He is an autodidact and has painted since he was a child with the conviction that painting is a magical way of expressing social feelings.

He believes in the simplicity of painting with simple resources and materials because with those materials the painter can really prove his ability to transmit what he intends to in a simple way.

His pictures try to be stories. Sometimes, they are born directly from dreams. Then he analyses them attending to the impression they made on him and finding real coincidences of our powerful subconscious. On other occasions they are needs coming out during the day for different reasons. This artist thinks that a good picture is the one that transmits and idea or feeling as best as possible. That is why loving painting is as important as loving life itself. Sometimes, it is only necessary the title of the picture to figure out the theme. On other occasions, he needs to write a short title and a longer one that can be similar to a poem and can be accompanied by explicative texts or references. According to him, painting must teach and contribute something either intellectually or spiritually, but no matter the theme is, the starting point must always be the love for life.

He has been carrying our individual and collective exhibitions in Ferrol and A Coruña since 1998.
